This research case study explores the primary factors influencing student academic achievement in quantitative methods and statistical courses. Utilizing an Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) Multiple Regression framework in R, the model evaluates how weekly study habits, classroom participation, prior academic standing (GPA), and engagement with digital learning materials impact final course performance.
The final model demonstrated strong explanatory power, accounting for 68.1%ย of the variance in student scores (R^2 = 0.6807, F(4, 95) = 50.63, p < 0.001), while passing comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for model stability and assumption integrity.
